The Clayton Community Recreational Foundation was formed in 1983 as a 501(c)(3) organization whose primary mission is to provide opportunities for individuals and corporations to contribute to the recreational opportunities in the Clayton Community.
Since its founding, the CCRF has funded a variety of projects to support the ongoing operations of the Clayton Parks and Recreation Department. In 2014, the Clayton Community Recreational Foundation took on its largest fundraising activity to date when it entered into a public-private partnership with the Clayton Town Council to build an inclusive playground to meet the recreational needs of children of all abilities.

The local State Farm agents have teamed up to support Harmony Playground with a collective $5,000 donation.
Johnson County Association of Realtors
JCAR has teamed up to support Harmony Playground with a $5,000 donation.
Woman’s Club of Clayton
The Woman’s Club has committed $15,000 total to Harmony Playground and this is the first installment on that commitment.
